Electrical Maintenance Technician

The Electrical Maintenance Technician role is onsite at Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado Springs, CO, with compensation of $70,000–$85,000 per year. The role supports the Missile Defense Agency’s Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions program, maintaining mission-critical electrical infrastructure. The technician performs electrical troubleshooting and maintenance to keep facility systems operational. The work includes circuit repairs, infrared inspections, routine rounds, and responding to performance anomalies, with an active Department of War Secret security clearance required or to be obtained.

What you'll do

• Use a Windows-based work order system
• repair or replace circuit components
• troubleshoot system circuitry
• scan circuit panels and switchgear with infrared equipment
• conduct routine rounds in mechanical and electrical rooms
• operate and understand the Eaton uninterruptible power system
• respond to performance-related facility system anomalies
• follow PPE and NFPA 70E electrical safety practices.
