What you'll do

• coordinate prescription services with pharmacies
• perform phlebotomy and EKGs
• answer and return calls
• manage procedure pre-certification and lab-result calls
• maintain daily logs
• answer appointment and testing questions
• educate patients about procedure preparation
• schedule procedures, tests, referrals, and appointments
• verify patient and insurance information
• follow nursing, infection-control, safety, and HIPAA confidentiality protocols.
