Assistant Maintenance Technician — Hillview Village

What you'll do

• Assist with appliance, carpet, minor air-conditioning, and electrical repairs
• perform or assist with carpentry, painting, and plumbing
• install appliances and electrical fixtures
• move appliances with assistance using a dolly
• help maintain an orderly shop
• participate in property improvement and preventive maintenance programs
• follow company and applicable OSHA safety rules
• inspect grounds, make repairs, and report issues to management.
