What you'll do

• Provide legal guidance on business, operational, and compliance matters
• manage litigation and coordinate strategy with outside counsel
• support internal investigations and dispute resolution
• advise business leaders on legal risks and practical solutions
• draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• research legal and regulatory developments
• support compliance, governance, and risk-management initiatives
• collaborate on policies, procedures, and best practices
• monitor legal matters and follow up toward resolution.

Why this role
