What you'll do

• Assist the Ham Stuffing Department supervisor with production and team activities
• oversee operational and safety functions for production equipment
• help plan staff schedules, rotations, and tasks
• track product yields and pump percentages and formulate meat blocks
• report machinery breakdowns to maintenance
• provide input on employee counseling and performance evaluations
• work and train employees in a fast-paced refrigerated environment.
