What you'll do

• Build relationships with client families
• provide cemetery tours and guide families to lot locations
• attend services and visitations and conduct aftercare appointments
• complete required documents and follow interment verification procedures
• submit contracts, documents, and payments to the Business Office
• report progress to the Sales Manager
• develop prospects and community contacts through presentations
• coordinate with funeral homes, departments, and team members
• protect confidential information
• attend required training
• identify and respond to hazards.
