What you'll do

• Support individuals one-on-one or in groups during daily activities and creative programs
• encourage engagement in theater, art, and music
• assist with hygiene, toileting, and occasional feeding
• offer choices to foster independence
• implement individual program and behavior support plans
• administer medications and basic first aid as needed
• respond to challenging behaviors or medical needs.
