The Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist role is onsite in a client’s home in Phoenix, AZ, with compensation of $21–$26 per hour based on experience. BehaviorCare Therapy provides ABA services to families across Arizona, New Jersey, and North Carolina. The therapist provides one-to-one, play-based ABA support to help a child build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence, following treatment plans developed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

What you'll do

• Work one-on-one with a child in the home using play-based ABA techniques
• follow supervisor-developed treatment plans
• record session progress using a phone or tablet data system
• collaborate with the BCBA and other technicians
• and share session feedback with the family.
