The Colour Designer 1 – Footwear role is onsite in Portland, OR. The salary range is $70,000–$92,000 per year. What you'll do

• Translate seasonal direction, trend insight, and brand standards into colour palettes
• apply colour direction with a technical approach informed by athlete insights
• develop colour expressions for assigned footwear products with the Colour Design lead and Product Designers
• partner with Merchandisers and Colour Designers on consistency
• support continuance, retail flow, and regional assortment planning
• research external colour and trend references
• help build presentations.

Why this role
