Senior Associate, Learning and Development

What you'll do

• Provide project and program management support for learning, leadership, and talent initiatives
• coordinate plans, timelines, communications, meetings, and stakeholder engagement
• support senior leader learning sessions and development programs
• develop learning resources, toolkits, job aids, presentations, and participant materials
• curate LXP content
• track learning activities and participation
• facilitate sessions and workshops
• analyze learning and talent data
• create dashboards and reports
• identify process improvements
• maintain sensitive employee and learning information.
