The Senior Business Systems Analyst — Order-to-Cash role follows SimpliSafe’s hybrid work model, with two core office days and the remaining work location flexible between office and home. The role is based in Boston, MA. The target annual base pay range is $89,000–$119,000. The analyst supports billing and payments operations for SimpliSafe, a home security company focused on keeping every home secure. Reporting to the Order-to-Cash Senior Product Manager, the analyst administers and optimizes order-to-cash applications, strengthens controls, and partners with Finance, Tax, Customer Experience, eCommerce, and engineering. The work helps improve operational accuracy, reduce risk, and support customer experiences through reliable billing systems and processes.

What you'll do

• Administer and enhance order-to-cash applications, configurations, integrations, workflows, and user access
• design, implement, and test internal controls
• partner with stakeholders to identify system needs and document solutions
• monitor system and process effectiveness
• provide acceptance criteria and participate in test reviews and demos
• establish system-administration standards and coordinate analyst work.
