Job overview

The Site Shift Leader role is an onsite, full-time position in Lancaster, TX, with a stated base pay range of $50,000–$55,000 per year. The schedule is Monday through Friday and may occasionally include weekends; shift times can vary with customer, job-site, and project needs. Sitemetric provides technology-enabled services for construction workforce logistics, safety, security, and reporting. The shift leader supervises Access Control Officers and supports consistent site operations, compliance, and workforce logistics. Acting as the onsite escalation point when the Site Logistics Leader is unavailable, the role coordinates with customers and internal teams to address shift issues and maintain reliable service across construction projects.

What you'll do

• Lead and support Access Control Officers during assigned shifts
• verify attendance and timekeeping
• monitor compliance with company policies and site protocols
• coach staff and report performance concerns
• serve as a customer contact and escalation point for shift-level issues
• communicate shift updates
• maintain attendance, incident, and site-access records
• check equipment and technology and escalate technical issues
• support scheduling and shift coverage.
