What you'll do

• Respond to telephone, email, and ticket-based support requests
• document troubleshooting and resolutions
• categorize and route requests
• monitor open tickets and follow up
• escalate complex issues
• report suspected security incidents
• create and update knowledge-base articles
• assist with CIO and IT administrator meeting support, purchasing documentation, shipping and receiving
• mentor student workers
• cross-train with IT support personnel.
