Residential HVAC Service Technician / Comfort Advisor

What you'll do

• Diagnose residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and indoor air quality equipment
• perform approved repairs and maintenance
• evaluate system safety, performance, reliability, and efficiency
• explain repair and replacement options
• prepare estimates and recommendations
• maintain customer and service records
• collect payment and complete job documentation
• communicate with dispatch and installation teams
• maintain a stocked company vehicle
• follow safety procedures and applicable codes.
