What you'll do

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned unit
• ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
• evaluate staff complaints and grievances and report as needed
• maintain adequate medical supplies
• assist with written assessments of residents’ nursing needs
• assign nurses and aides
• review nursing notes for complete assessments and care consistent with residents’ wishes.
