What you'll do

• Develop complete RFP documents using SCDHHS-approved templates
• facilitate meetings to gather requirements and project details
• document project scope, technical requirements, staffing needs, deliverables, and business needs
• identify mandatory requirements, page limits, formatting rules, evaluation criteria, and scoring requirements
• gather and validate information from subject-matter experts, leadership, and previous proposals
• work with Medicaid Systems leadership on RFP documentation
• assist management with procurement and compliance information
• ensure documents are accurate, complete, consistent, and professionally formatted
• manage multiple high-priority RFP projects.
