What you'll do

• Assist with daily maintenance activities and equipment repairs
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• coordinate preventive maintenance
• identify equipment-failure causes and corrective actions
• monitor performance using OEE data
• help supervise and train technicians
• maintain records
• support installations and capital projects
• coordinate with production, quality, engineering, vendors, and contractors
• support OSHA, GMP, HACCP, safety, and food-quality compliance.
