Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role in Whitesboro, TX. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person per year. This role is responsible for creating a structured, family-like environment for students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development. Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, manage household routines, administer medications, and engage in developmental and recreational activities with students.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth.
