The supervisor also trains staff, assists with payroll, and meets with client representatives.

What you'll do

• Supervise Security Officers and personnel
• ensure post orders are followed
• train Security Officers
• assist with payroll submission
• meet with client representatives
• prepare and submit reports
• inspect posts
• conduct interviews, orienting and training employees
• plan, assign, and direct work
• coach and appraise performance
• reward and discipline employees
• address complaints and resolve problems
• make hiring and termination recommendations.
