What you'll do

• Manage and lead plaintiff-side wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation
• develop case strategy
• conduct and respond to complex discovery
• take and defend depositions
• draft and argue dispositive and class certification motions
• lead settlement negotiations
• appear in court for hearings and trial
• mentor associate attorneys.
