HVAC Maintenance Technician I — Bluff View Senior Village

The HVAC Maintenance Technician I role is onsite in Crandall, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Compensation is $18–$24 per hour. Fairway Management, a JES Holdings division, manages and maintains affordable housing communities. The technician supports residential maintenance, unit turns, and curb appeal while responding to resident work orders. The work helps keep the community in good condition and supports Fairway Management’s mission of providing quality affordable housing.

What you'll do

• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders
• maintain curb appeal
• conduct unit turns, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed
• assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks
• pick up supplies from area vendors as needed
• report health and safety concerns
• maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff
• participate in required training
• be available for after-hours on-call work and approved overtime.
