Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is an onsite, full-time role in Cincinnati, OH. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, website inquiries, and digital leads
• make outbound follow-up calls
• identify potential leads using the listed data sources
• qualify truck, body, application, usage, budget, and timeline needs
• log interactions and maintain accurate RM records
• schedule and confirm appointments
• communicate customer needs to sales representatives and support follow-up
• track lead sources and activity
• assist with customer satisfaction calls, post-sale follow-up, and basic reporting
• answer general questions and resolve or escalate concerns.
