What you'll do

• Lead and develop a small multidisciplinary engineering team
• remain hands-on in designing, troubleshooting, testing, and integrating low-voltage DC electronic control systems
• lead projects from requirements and system design through documentation, testing, and production readiness
• review schematics, drawings, and system designs
• coordinate with customers, sales, vendors, and production
• improve engineering processes, project execution, quality, and team capability.
