The Paver Installer, Entry-Level role is onsite in Lake Bluff, IL, with pay of $19–$24 per hour. Krügel Cobbles is a family-owned hardscape company serving Chicago’s North Shore and the greater Chicagoland area. The role assists with outdoor hardscape installations and learns the paver installation trade. It contributes to patios, driveways, walkways, steps, and other outdoor living projects while following crew direction and safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Assist with installing brick paver patios, driveways, walkways, steps, and other outdoor projects
• help excavate and prepare sites
• install and compact gravel base materials
• assist with grading, leveling, and screeding sand
• carry, cut, and place pavers
• install edging and apply polymeric sand
• load and unload tools and materials
• maintain a clean, organized, safe job site
• follow crew foreman instructions and company safety procedures.
