What you'll do

• Manage the prospect lead funnel, follow up, book first classes, and provide a strong first-visit experience
• explain membership options based on coaches’ recommendations
• generate leads, appointments, and membership sales
• meet performance indicators
• answer member questions
• maintain brand compliance and an organized front desk
• welcome members and record attendance
• support promotions and studio events
• keep the studio clean and organized.
