What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, collections, payroll, purchasing, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
• prepare and analyze financial reports for multiple companies
• maintain financial records in accounting software
• track budgets, variances, and forecasts
• participate in audits and compliance reviews
• maintain general ledger and financial statements
• identify risks, trends, and process improvements
• work with external accounting, tax, banking, insurance, and vendor professionals.
