Wellness Coordinator

What you'll do

• Stay current with group exercise trends and recommend improvements
• hire, train, and supervise assigned staff
• review staff performance
• create and update group exercise schedules
• promote classes and member engagement
• verify instructor certifications
• manage wellness staff payroll
• participate in teaching, training, and coaching
• support program marketing and registration
• develop community relationships
• monitor budgets, statistics, and program effectiveness
• respond to inquiries and complaints.
