What you'll do

• Develop broker, law firm, and customer relationships
• review transaction materials and provide preliminary terms
• underwrite mergers and acquisitions transactions with attention to diligence and representations
• engage and manage outside counsel and specialist advisors
• draft and negotiate representation and warranty insurance policies
• monitor the competitive environment and product-line risk profile.
