What you'll do

• Share the Little Words Project story and help guests find bracelets and gifts
• make personalized recommendations
• process POS transactions and answer guest questions
• support sales goals and KPIs through service and product knowledge
• keep the sales floor tidy, stocked, and gift-ready
• assist with inventory intake, replenishment, merchandising, and clienteling
• help capture in-store moments
• support the team during the holiday rush
• perform other duties as directed by store management.
