What you'll do

• Support care delivery for assisted living and memory care residents
• work with residents, families, and community leaders on appropriate care levels
• monitor evaluation and service-plan documentation
• review survey-readiness materials
• conduct mock surveys and inspect records
• evaluate prospective residents
• assist with onboarding and training
• support clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
