What you'll do

• Maintain and recommend updates to admissions guidelines and procedures
• market programs and facilities, answer questions, and conduct tours
• handle walk-in and telephone inquiries
• gather clinical and financial information
• verify financial details and insurance coverage
• screen prospective residents against admission criteria
• coordinate paperwork and room readiness
• contact referral sources and support census development
• investigate and help resolve resident and family concerns
• may visit prospective residents in hospitals when required and may assist with post-admission or discharge follow-up.
