What you'll do

• Use diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
• assist with service center procedures for repair-status tracking and technical documentation
• perform tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
• inspect engine, transmission, brakes, and other vehicle systems
• communicate repair information clearly to customers
• support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
