Part-Time Cook Supervisor

Job overview

The Cook Supervisor works onsite at Stryker Medical South in Portage, MI, on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. Pay is $23.00–$24.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Train employees
• plan, assign, and direct work
• appraise performance and address complaints
• advise management on purchasing to minimize waste and shortages
• use approved recipes and production standards
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food
• maintain food rotation
• follow HACCP guidelines
• operate equipment safely
• help serve meals and receive customer feedback during meal periods.
