Quality Laboratory Technician — 3rd Shift

What you'll do

• Review prior-shift data and documentation
• verify laboratory equipment
• collect and analytically test samples
• document results
• communicate out-of-specification readings and corrective actions with operators
• perform microbiological testing for product release
• verify incoming commodity documentation and seals
• test raw materials for mycotoxins
• communicate acceptance or rejection of incoming commodities
• track laboratory inventory
• follow critical control points, safety, and GMP policies
• sterilize equipment and maintain retention and shelf-life study areas.
