Scheduling Coordinator

The Scheduling Coordinator role is onsite in the Tigard, OR office, serving the greater Portland area. Pay is $27.00 per hour. The position supports No Worries Care’s in-home care agency, which helps seniors and adults with disabilities remain independent in their homes. The role exists to keep client shifts covered by matching caregivers to clients and resolving schedule changes. It supports continuity of care through clear communication, accurate records, and coordination with the client services team.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain daily and weekly caregiver schedules
• match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, location, and care plan fit
• communicate assignments and changes
• handle call-offs, shift swaps, and emergency coverage
• coordinate with client services
• track availability, overtime, travel time, and compliance
• maintain scheduling software and records
• help onboard caregivers
• and support caregiver retention through timely communication.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of scheduling, staffing, dispatch, or logistics coordination experience. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, in the Tigard office. Home care or healthcare staffing experience and familiarity with caregiver matching and geographic routing are preferred.
