What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and meal preparation areas
• sweep and mop restaurant areas
• check kitchen equipment
• remove trash and clean garbage cans
• receive, unpack, unload, and store deliveries
• keep refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas clean and organized
• maintain restrooms
• report accidents or food-safety violations
• assist the Chef with basic ingredient preparation
• follow health department requirements and company policies.
