• Supervise nursing services in accordance with the Nursing Practice Act and facility policies.
• Supervise and assist nurses with patients during acute episodes.
• Manage employee problems on a timely basis and document actions.
• Assume on-call responsibilities.
• Provide quality nursing care to patients and follow doctor orders.
