Production Lead, Blown Film Extrusion, Evening Shift

The Production Lead role is onsite at a plastic bag manufacturing facility in Ontario, CA, on a Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule. Pay is $21 per hour. Connect Staffing is hiring for a temp-to-hire assignment. The lead sets up blown film extrusion lines, completes order changeovers, and verifies materials for production runs. The role supports safe, timely production by following work orders, checking finished film quality, and reporting quality concerns, shortages, and hazards.

What you'll do

• Interpret production work orders and material specifications
• perform blown film line changeovers and adjust settings and tooling
• inspect finished film for defects
• report quality issues and material shortages
• clean assigned line areas and plant facilities
• identify and report safety hazards.
