What you'll do

• Clean and perform minor maintenance in assigned facility areas, including apartments, common areas, offices, kitchens, bathrooms, and exterior spaces
• monitor facilities and equipment for damage
• complete unit turnovers
• report repair needs
• respond to emergencies with maintenance actions and cleanup
• safeguard keys
• and record assignments and progress in maintenance logs. Schedule is 8 a.m.–2 p.m. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 18.75 hours per week
• days off are Monday through Thursday.
