What you'll do

• Clean office space, apartment units, laundry rooms, fitness center, retail space, and common areas
• clean bathrooms
• vacuum and mop floors
• spot-clean walls and windows
• dust furniture and empty trash
• clean baseboards, pictures, lights, and HVAC vents
• pick up trash
• monitor cleaning supplies and housewares
• maintain utility settings in vacant units
• report service requests and relevant resident information
• participate in weekly on-call duties when necessary.
