Group Sales Coordinator

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound group leads by phone and email
• make outbound calls and emails
• build customer relationships
• coordinate group jumps, field trips, rentals, corporate and team events, fundraisers, camp visits, and school events
• understand event needs and prepare quotes
• negotiate pricing
• follow up on leads
• manage booking details and records
• coordinate with park teams
• track leads and booking status
• support urgent customer or booking needs outside standard business hours when necessary.
