What you'll do
- Lead design and coordination of building systems from concept through construction
- develop mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and telecommunications designs
- prepare construction documents using Revit, Bluebeam, and other design software
- coordinate systems with architectural and structural disciplines
- perform engineering calculations, equipment selections, and layouts
- review specifications and codes
- support value engineering and constructability reviews
- respond to RFIs and review submittals
- coordinate with project teams and clients
- mentor Mechanical Design Engineers
- support business development and proposals.
