Accounts Receivable Clerk — Construction Billing

The Accounts Receivable Clerk — Construction Billing role is onsite in Jupiter, FL, with potential for one to two remote days per week after the first three months. Compensation is $25–$35 per hour. The role supports Definitive Electronics’ audiovisual projects and works under the Controller. This clerk manages project billing and receivables so invoices, payments, and compliance records are handled accurately and client payment issues are resolved.

What you'll do

• Prepare milestone and progress billing and AIA pay applications (G702/G703) for audiovisual projects
• post payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding invoices
• prepare lien waivers, notices to owner, and compliance documentation
• resolve billing discrepancies and client payment inquiries
• generate accounts receivable reports and support month-end and year-end close and general administrative work.
