What you'll do

• Review customer requests for quotation, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements
• prepare estimates for labor, materials, tooling, fixturing, and outside processing
• develop manufacturing routings and cost models
• coordinate supplier pricing and lead times
• document risks and assumptions
• support bid/no-bid decisions
• account for aerospace quality requirements
• collaborate on manufacturability and capacity
• respond to customer clarifications
• maintain pricing history and improve estimating accuracy.
