What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager with daily shop operations
• lead and coach crew
• implement safety and security procedures
• recruit, hire, and train staff
• support performance evaluations and manager meetings
• manage food, beverage, labor, and controllable costs
• oversee bar inventory, ordering, scheduling, cleanliness, and staff accountability
• support training systems and staff development
• assume leadership when the General Manager is absent.
