Armed Security Officer – Overnight Patrol

The Armed Security Officer – Overnight Patrol role is onsite in Chapel Hill, NC. Compensation is $20.60 per hour. The position supports security at a financial institution as part of Allied Universal’s security and facility services work. The officer maintains a visible armed presence, patrols assigned areas, monitors access, and responds to incidents and alarms. Accurate reporting and professional communication help deter unauthorized activity and support a safe, welcoming environment at the client site.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter
• monitor access points and verify authorized entry. Maintain patrol logs and incident reports and handle assigned equipment according to laws, licensing requirements, and company policies.
