What you'll do

• Administer, monitor, maintain, and improve systems, infrastructure, enterprise applications, operating systems, and hardware
• resolve escalated tickets and incidents
• maintain system availability, security, capacity, and performance
• design and improve backup and disaster recovery solutions
• implement scripting, automation, and monitoring improvements
• participate in system projects, upgrades, and migrations
• maintain technical documentation
• collaborate with IT teams, stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
• provide technical guidance and mentoring
• participate in after-hours maintenance, incident response, and on-call activities when assigned.
