The Special Needs Teacher Assistant, Paraprofessional role is an on-site, full-time position at the Tomball, TX location. Pay is $16 per hour to start and $17–$20 per hour once registered or certified. Success on the Spectrum is a learning center for children with autism. The assistant leads educational activities and games, supports children’s learning and safety, and records notes after sessions. The center assigns one teacher or behavior technician per child and works on communication, pretend play, self-feeding, and social skills.

• Lead educational activities and games for autistic children
