Toddler Lead Teacher

The Toddler Lead Teacher role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is $18–$24.70 per hour. The teacher supports children’s growth through a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. The lead teacher plans and delivers curriculum, leads classroom operations, and supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs. The role partners with families and team members and follows licensing and safety requirements, including support for children with IEPs.

What you'll do

• Create an inclusive classroom
• build professional relationships with children and families
• respond to developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including implementing IEPs and behavioral support plans as required
• plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum
• maintain safe supervision
• document accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors
• follow company policies and licensing requirements
• participate in required training, meetings, and professional development.
