What you'll do

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• maintain client relationships
• develop and communicate schedules using Microsoft Project
• coordinate superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• monitor budgets, contracts, costs, and profitability
• manage change orders and documentation
• prepare owner billings
• lead project meetings
• ensure quality and safety compliance
• manage punch lists, closeout documents, and warranty follow-up
• travel to project sites as needed.
